Yes. All HAPTIQ products are produced and assembled in small batches in our studio.

HAPTIQ products are formulated with naturally derived ingredients and high-quality fragrance blends selected for clarity and performance. We do not use parabens, phthalates, additives, or stabilizing chemicals. All products are vegan, cruelty-free, and created with an emphasis on environmentally responsible practices.

Yes. All HAPTIQ packaging and shipping materials are selected with environmental responsibility in mind. Boxes, mailers, filler, and even our shipping tape are recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable.
We believe material choices matter as much as fragrance.

Yes. They are designed for air and most household fabrics. We recommend patch testing delicate materials before full application.

No. They are not formulated for direct skin application.

Apply to pulse points such as wrists and neck. Reapply as desired.

Longevity varies by product and environment. Most scent applications last several hours depending on surface, airflow, and use.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Candles ship within 7–14 business days to allow for proper curing.
Delivery timing varies by carrier and destination.

We currently ship within the U.S., including military APO addresses. While we don’t offer international shipping at this time, we’re truly grateful for your interest and support from afar.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
